Briefing Commenced at 4:20PM EST And Officers Began Patrol At 4:25PM EST.

 

Callout #1

4:26PM: Unit 211 Reports A Firearms Discharge Coming From A Vehicle With Two Suspects And Requests A 10-               13.

4:27PM: Unit's 212 And 940 Respond To The 10-13 And The Vehicle Comes To A Stop At Middle Park Where A                 Small Firefight Ensues Ending In Both Suspects Being Killed.

 

Callout #2

4:34PM: Unit 940 Requests A 10-13 And Reports A Suspect Taking A Hostage At The Superstar Cafe Near Star                 Junction.

4:36PM: Unit 211 Responds And Enters The Building With Unit 940. The Suspect Was Found On The Second                     Floor, And Officers Began To Negotiate Resulting In The Hostage Being Killed, The Officers Then Tased               The Suspect, Who Resisted Arrest And Was Later Killed By Gunfire.

4:40PM: Unit 211 Requests A 10-13 And Reports A Man Standing On The Top Of A Nightclub Opening Fire And                 Threatening To Jump.

4:42PM: Unit 940 Arrives On Scene, Where The Suspect Begins To Parachute From Building To Building But                     Later Misses A Building, Lands Of A Ledge And Is Forced To Jump Off The Ledge Onto A Pavement.                     The Suspect Is Then Tased By Officers And Arrested.
